We did not perform any cleaning or restorations and left the item just as found
Selling as found for parts or restoration
There are different notes for the flipside of the bars
We had to remove the front screws near the lock to open it as we do not have the key for the lock
Well made, great build quality, very heavy

We did not find any makers marks, this may be made by LEEDY
