This Alto Sax is about 25” high overall. “Elk Hart Built by Buescher Elkhart Ind. U. S. A.” is engraved on the bell. The serial number 54822 20A dates it to 1919-1920. It is in sturdy condition with small dents, scuffs, and scratches. There is a slight dent at the bell edge and tarnish overall. The Sax has its pads and mother of pearl keys. There is no mouthpiece. The original case is very rough with torn trim, broken locks, scuffs, and a musty felt interior. Please look at the photographs as they are considered part of the description.
